RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the customer or a designated third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered with a single order and delivered separately, the period starts from the day on which the customer or the designated third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement, for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail. You can use the standard withdrawal form Standard form, but it is not mandatory.

It is also possible to exercise the right of withdrawal online via the function available on User account. The function is identified with the wording "Withdraw from the contract here" or equivalent and allows you to confirm the submission using the "Confirm withdrawal" or equivalent functionality. After submission, you will receive without undue delay a confirmation on a durable medium containing the content of the request, the date, and time of transmission.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If the customer withdraws from this contract, all payments made for the products subject to withdrawal, including initial standard delivery costs, if due, will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which OVYÈ S.R.L. is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, if earlier.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed to a different means and provided that this does not incur costs for the customer. www.ovye.it is not obliged to refund additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.

The customer is required to send back or deliver the goods to OVYÈ S.R.L., Via dei Pellicciai, Blocco 1 Centergross, 40050 Funo di Argelato (BO), without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which they communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense, except in the case of non-conforming products, for which the legal guarantee applies.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
